Meagan Good was born Panorama City, Los Angeles in the 8th of August, 1981. Her mother Tyra Wardlow Doyle worked as her manager while she was in her teens. Her first job was as an actress at the age of four old. She appeared as an extra to TV shows like Doogie Howser Amen & M.D. as she began her professional career. In the year she turned 13years old, her first appearance in a movie Friday was filmed. In 1997, she first gained attention for her character in Eve's Bayou as Cisely Batiste who is a troubled teenager. She received her debut N.A.A.C.P. nomination for this film. Image Award nomination. Good began with minor roles in film and on TV during a short period of time, and then moved into more mature roles at the start of the 2000s. She was Nina in Cousin Skeeter which was a Nickelodeon T.V. Between 1998 and 2001, she starred as Nina on Nickelodeon's TV program Cousin Skeeter. She then appeared in a variety of different films including Cookout Venom One miss call Waist deep The Love Guru and You Are Serving Me. She was active on T.V. and in films in which she starred as Mya and Ms. Stevens respectively in Think Like a Man featuring the entire cast as well as Dysfunctional The Friend, which featured a tiny group.
