Taylor
Taylor Swift may be the most unique of pop stars. She was an artist capable of effortlessly bridge the gap between country and pop while sweeping the globe. Swift left country music like it was an additional layer of herself, proving that she's possibly the best pop-singer/songwriter in her generation. Someone who is able to harness the current zeitgeist and make it personal, and sing in the other direction. Swift's early songs, including her neo tribute to Tim McGraw, showed off her talents. However, her album Fearless showed a singer-songwriter who was discovering herself and finding a large audience. Fearless went on to become a global hit but not only in the United States (where it earned with six platinum awards for Top Ten Hits Love Story and "You Belong with Me") however, in Canada, Australia, the U.K. and many other countries. Speak Now delivered almost two years later, which consolidated the success and moved Swift towards the top of stardom. In the following three years, Swift's popularity was growing with the release of three albums -the albums - Red (2012), Reputation (2014) as well as 1989 (2014-2015) in 2014-2015 as Swift entered the world of pop music where her talents were already well-established. She stayed on top of the charts even after she changed her style with her sibling albums, folklore and Evermore in the year 2020.
